The response this year has been outstanding and we have had to stop taking information requests for this year (2009). But we would love to get people signed up early for 2010 so they have enough time to organize everything they might need to get the most profit from their efforts. 2009 Christmas Fundraiser

If we have mailed your pre-selling Christmas tree fundraiser information, we'd like to get your forms faxed in by the end of October, so we can get your customized color brochures and receipts out to you asap. The first weeks of November can be used to market your fundraiser and then we will need your final order in so we can get your trees to you in time for the holiday season. Thanks everyone!

Thanks to all the people who are doing the Christmas Tree Fundraiser this year, we have been very busy mailing out free information all over the country. This is a very profitable fundraiser ($12-$40 per tree!) at no cost to your organization in 2009. My manager told me today that she has never had a person dissatisfied with the quality of their tree received through our program, and it looks like it will be another great harvest this year. Just to clarify, we provide the customized color brochures, the customer receipts, and we can ship the trees anywhere in the USA. You will do the marketing, send in the final order, and when the truck arrives with the trees you will distribute them to the customers. We will be able to get the trees to you in a very timely manner for the hoilday season. You will have a product at a very good price (you are buying direct from the tree grower) and also of excellent quality, having been delivered withing 48 hours of being harvested.

We have a tree grower from North Carolina who is working with us to provide their best trees. We have been told that they are selling trees like this in Texas for well over $100, except in Texas they are dry after sitting on the lot for a couple days. These won't be. Thanks everyone!

We've been hearing so much about organizations that are getting away from the food based fundraisers and we are excited to offer this opportunity to get a great useful product at an excellent price.

By using these proven resources we are able to ensure the quality and consistency or all of our trees , and also that we will have enough to supply our entire yearly campaign. Trees are 100% recyclable into mulch and biodegradable. Most communities have a free pick-up day.

The trees are cut and shipped immediately, so customers are almost guaranteed the freshest Christmas tree they have ever had. They are never allowed to freeze while sitting on a lot, waiting for someone to buy them. So there are no falling needles to bother with, and they all have a wonderful fresh pine scent. What if people want to pick their own tree? When the trucks are unloaded they can choose the individual tree they like from the groups as long as it is the size and variety they ordered.

The Douglas and Noble Firs are considered almost perfect Christmas trees due to their needle retention, strong limbs, and heavy Pine scent. Is this a mail order program? No this is not any type of mail order program. The trees are simply pre-sold using our order forms, then they are shipped out by truck, and brought to a nearby location where club members can complete the delivery to the customers.
How do the trees get from the trucks to the customers? The trees are delivered to a place where your club would like to have them unloaded, possibly at a club members church, a school, or business, anyplace a truck can get in, unload and turn around again. A few volunteer club members will need to help unload them from a truck and arrange them according to size and variety. A detailed distribution plan is included in our information packet.
