Get in early for 2010.
We are now making a mailing list of people for 2010 who would be interested in this very profitable fundraiser. The response this year has been outstanding and we have had to stop taking information requests for this year (2009). But we would love to get people signed up early for 2010 so they have enough time to organize everything they might need to get the most profit from their efforts. Once we get everything taken care of for this year, and we are able to produce more information packets, we would like to send you information so you can get in early for next year. Thanks so much to everyone who has contacted me. So just drop me an email with your mailing address and I'll send you out a packet as soon as they become available.
2009 Christmas Fundraiser
If we have mailed your pre-selling Christmas tree fundraiser information, we'd like to get your forms faxed in by the end of October, so we can get your customized color brochures and receipts out to you asap. The first weeks of November can be used to market your fundraiser and then we will need your final order in so we can get your trees to you in time for the holiday season. Thanks everyone!

A Fantastic Fundraising opportunity for your organization!
Thanks to all the people who are doing the Christmas Tree Fundraiser this year, we have been very busy mailing out free information all over the country. This is a very profitable fundraiser ($12-$40 per tree!) at no cost to your organization in 2009. My manager told me today that she has never had a person dissatisfied with the quality of their tree received through our program, and it looks like it will be another great harvest this year. Just email me if you would like to check some of our references before you get started.
Just to clarify, we provide the customized color brochures, the customer receipts, and we can ship the trees anywhere in the USA. You will do the marketing, send in the final order, and when the truck arrives with the trees you will distribute them to the customers. We will be able to get the trees to you in a very timely manner for the hoilday season. You will have a product at a very good price (you are buying direct from the tree grower) and also of excellent quality, having been delivered withing 48 hours of being harvested.

2009 Christmas Tree Fundraiser with Douglas Fir and Noble Fir trees
The ultimate Christmas Fundraiser! If you are interested in Douglas Firs or Noble Firs we already have the pre-selling program that you need in place. And it's not too late to get everything you need for your Holiday Tree fundraiser for 2009. This year we are working with an excellent grower out of the Oregon area, who is the most experienced and professional Christmas Tree fundraising company in the USA. I will be adding some more information soon about how they process the trees and ship them out so that you can get your customers the freshest, and most perfect Christmas Tree they will have ever had. They will be handling the Douglas and Noble Fir, and Grand Fir orders. You will also have, in your personalized full-color brochure, a Christmas wreath, Garland, and various sized tree stands that are available for customers to purchase. This will be an excellent way for your school, your church group, or your organization to raise important funds for their projects. It is an original idea, it's profitable, it's eco-friendly, it's fun, and the company is experienced and professional, with references! The prices (and profits) will be determined by your own organization. Just drop me an email with your mailing address to slhfundraising@gmail.com and we can get the ball rolling.
The Douglas Fir is a popular Christmas tree throughout the Western United States. With its soft dark blue-green needles and festive fragrance, the tree has come to symbolize the “old fashioned” Christmas tree.
Noble Fir. The tree’s distinct symmetrical shape, long keepability and strong branches make it a popular Christmas tree choice.

Christmas Tree Fundraising
The best Christmas Fundraiser you will find. We are again offering everyone a chance to raise money for their charity, or themselves by preselling with our program. Please contact us at slhfundraising@gmail if you are interested. Orders should be in by Nov. We have been told that they are selling trees like this in Texas for well over $100, except in Texas they are dry after sitting on the lot for a couple days. These won't be. Thanks everyone!

Thanks to everyone who has stopped to chat with us while we've been at the conventions. It's great to hear from so many great people. We are looking forward to meeting many more of you! We've been hearing so much about organizations that are getting away from the food based fundraisers and we are excited to offer this opportunity to get a great useful product at an excellent price.

I'd like to introduce you to a very simple type of Fall fundraising activity, that works great for many organizations, such as:
- Boy Scouts of America - Councils, Districts, Troops, etc.
- PTA organizations
- Church Youth Groups
- Future Farmers of America chapters
- 4H youth groups
- Jaycees, Lions, Optimist, Shriners, Rotary, Sertoma and other organizations
- School bands, clubs, etc.
- Youth Hockey Associations
- Special Church or School Projects

Eco Friendly Fundraising! We can be reached by email at slhfundraising@gmail.com, we check it every day. Just let us know that you want a detailed information packet sent out, and your mailing address, and we'll send you one right away. In reality it's probably the easiest fundraiser you'll ever be a part of, and all materials and order forms are provided so there is never any money out of your own pocket. References are available to all prospective organizations.

Some other things to consider about this program:
What if a customer isn't happy with the tree they received? That won't happen. In our history of the program not one person has ever complained about the quality of our fresh cut premium trees.
What if people want to pick their own tree? When the trucks are unloaded they can choose the individual tree they like from the groups as long as it is the size and variety they ordered.
Why Douglas Firs and Noble Firs from Oregon? 80% of all Christmas trees sold each year are grown in Oregon because they have the perfect growing seasons. The Douglas and Noble Firs are considered almost perfect Christmas trees due to their needle retention, strong limbs, and heavy Pine scent. We ensure of the quality and consistency that we require for this operation.
Is this a mail order program? No this is not any type of mail order program. The trees are simply pre-sold using our order forms, then they are shipped out by truck, and brought to a nearby location where club members can complete the delivery to the customers.
How do the trees get from the trucks to the customers? The trees are delivered to a place where your club would like to have them unloaded, possibly at a club members church, a school, or business, anyplace a truck can get in, unload and turn around again. A few volunteer club members will need to help unload them from a truck and arrange them according to size and variety. A detailed distribution plan is included in our information packet.
