I'd like to introduce you to a very simple type of Fall fundraising activity, that works great for many organizations, such as:
- Boy Scouts of America - Councils, Districts, Troops, etc.
- PTA organizations
- Church Youth Groups
- Future Farmers of America chapters
- 4H youth groups
- Jaycees, Lions, Optimist, Shriners, Rotary, Sertoma and other organizations
- School bands, clubs, etc.
- Youth Hockey Associations
- Special Church or School Projects
This is not a Christmas Tree lot, the trees are pre-sold using order forms and delivery is completed later, much like the Scouts and their popcorn, or cookies. The latest trends have been away from food based product sales however. The great thing about this is that it gives people the ability to offer the worlds freshest cut Christmas trees at an excellant price, without the headaches of setting up the lot, staffing the hours, or the hassles of unsold trees. All trees are pre-sold using simple order forms provided by Santa's Little Helpers, so there are no operating expenses involved. In fact at no time is the non-profit organization asked to bear any financial risk, or put up any money. There is no maximum number you can sell, a whole truck load (750 trees), at $10 per tree profit, you will gain $7500! How many car washes or bake sales would you need to have in order to realize those type of profits? With trees starting at $40 up to $70, they are receiving a great tree at a great price. Those numbers are guaranteed for 2008. And also importantly, an area representative will always be available to help the coordinators with any questions they might have, and assist them with any and all customer concerns. Our goal is to ensure that the coordinators and all of the customers are satisfied. Although this program is available nationwide, the states that I personally work in are Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. If you are interested in the program, but not in these one of these areas, you can send me an email and I'll forward it to the representative in your area, who will be more than happy to provide you with complete information.
